Mr. Pradeep Kumar Agarwal (Chairman)
Born in 1951, Mr. Pradeep Agarwal is the dynamic leader spearheading Ashford Laboratories PVT. LTD. He completed his graduation in science ( Principle subject chemistry synthesis ) in 1971. Hia journey in pharmaceutical field is extensive and can be chalked out below
In 1975 , he started a bulk drug manufacturing unit along with his brother, Dr. S.K Agarwal ( PhD. in chemical Engineering) in Dombivali Bombay, by the name of SKOM chemicals. He was responsible for setting up the entire manufacturing plant for production of sterile products ( API ). He has complete export knowledge of boilers, Hydaulic, Moulding machines, Filing and Sealign machines, Stream sterilizers, Water systems, HVAC systems, Filter integrity testing, Environmental monitoring etc.
Along with his own factory set up of SKOM chemicals, in 1979 he also joint for a short stint 'Sekhsaria
Chemicals Ltd.', as a technical consultant for setting up their major bulk drug manufacturing unit . The factory
was owned by the leading industrialist of india, Mr. Narottam Sekhsaria.
He further extended his business by promoting M/s Ashford Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. for manufacturing
Pharmaceutical preparations in 1986. The company manufactures Capsules, Tablets, Liquid oral, Ointment &
Creams etc.
With his sons, Puneet Agarwal & Ankit Agarwal, joining him in business 1995, he has also diversified into
herbal and Ayurvedic Products under the brand name Herbochem.
Mr. Ankit Agarwal ( Managing Director )
He is a Management graduate and has introduce his ideas and vision to company. He heads the operation and marketing team and has proved to be a good leader time and again. He is responsible for planning and execution of manufacturing and packaging operations as per the timelines specified. Ensures compliance to system and written procedures. Planning and maintaining inventory of raw material and packaging material based on the plan. Training the departmental staff on systems and procedures. Co- ordinating and assisting in Recruitment of personnel pertain to production department, preparation approval of written procedures/ Validation of Protocol/ MMR and MPR etc. Keeping the production area up to standard and in validate state. Co-ordination with inter-related departments like QC, QZ validation, Engineering etc. for trouble free operations. Training the plant personnel with respect to production related activities. Issues and control of registers and files, design and procurement of any process equipment Ensuring online documentation and complying to the internal audit observations. Preparation of MIS and onward submission to the plant head. Ensure work discipline to the department
Mr. Puneet Agarwal ( Director )
He is software Engineer from Champlain College, Burlington, Vermont (USA) and has an Associate Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Pune University, India.
He is the business Development Executive Head and has been presenting and advertising the company in international markets. He conducts market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products, analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitors information. He is responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and projects for new and existing products, managing to productivity of the marketing plans and projects, monitoring, reviewing and reporting on all marketing activities and results, determining and managing the marketing budget, delivering marketing activity within agreed budget, developing pricing strategy and liaisoning with media and advertising.
He has also been instrumental in modernizing operations by applying the theories and principles of science and mathematics to design hardware, software, networks, and processes and to solve technical problems. He has established the company's business in Dubai and turkey on large scale.
